The beds have been decently comfortable (not the best but didn't hinder our snooze), and there was plenty of Place to stow our stuff so we didn't have to look at suitcases, etcetera. all week. Being right within the beach is definitely the selling point and our favourite feature of this house.
I loved that there were being two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for Grown ups who would like to travel together. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it once again or endorse it to a friend.
